Currently, I reside in Pinehurst Texas. Recently transitioning, like many of my clients, my family and I decided to live in a more diverse suburb of Houston. With my roots in Deland, Florida, I came to Houston in 2014 like many others seeking change. Real Estate has been my passion since 2004, having helped over 225 clients with not just buying or selling but investing in their future from Florida and Texas. I’ve been blessed to have been included in the list of the top 10 realtors in Volusia County Florida.
Education has always been my passion and staying abreast of State, local and National trends is how I can keep my clients informed. I feel that providing superior service and being able to advise of changes in not just financial markets, Governmental oversight, local demographics, and changes aids in providing my clients the knowledge they need to make an informed decision. I am well versed in all facets of real estate, from the construction process, investing, paperwork and various financing options available. I am also well educated in Foreclosure homes, Short Sales and helping families that may be experiencing financial hardship. Bank owned homes were a huge part of my business in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
My husband and I have remodeled a few of our own homes. We have stripped them down to the studs, knocked down walls, reinsulated, and replaced sheetrock, flooring, kitchens, and baths. All these personal experiences have shaped me to be able to help guide my future clients on what to look for, therefore, not wasting a lot of their time, energy, or money when we begin our search. I am compelled to find the perfect home that fits each one of my clients and I work tirelessly to do so because what is important to you is my number ONE priority. Not only have I been a REALTOR most of my adult life, but I have been a consumer. While being a consumer, there is nothing worse than working with a person that does not LISTEN to your NEEDS.
I have enjoyed being a part of the Coldwell Banker family for nearly 2 years. The passion, drive, and brand that Coldwell stands for, I feel is parallel to my own. I believe in building relationships through every door and giving my clients EXCELLENT service before, during, and after the transaction. I have continued my relationships with all of my clients and they know that they can count on me to be there for any of their questions, or concerns and even provide referrals for any home projects.
Currently, in my free time, I enjoy spending time with my kids, my husband, and of course, my friends. We actively enjoy the local restaurants, and museums and drive as far out as Corpus Christi to relax on the beach with the beautiful Texas skies. Texas is our home and honestly could never see myself moving anywhere else. The locals have been so welcoming, and it truly has been an amazing experience for my family. Everything is bigger in Texas. I love having seasons, being outdoors and just building relationships with people, getting to know them not just for finding the perfect home but also for what their passion is and how I can help to complement the next chapter they are trying to build.
